offered at a hearing on the defendant's motion to suppress evidence, or in his subsidiary finding that the search of the defendant's
home and garage had not commenced before the issuance of a search warrant; thus the defendant's motion to suppress was properly
denied. [742-743] At a murder trial there was no error in permitting expert testimony that certain visible stains on the defendant's dungaree
jacket were bloodstains even though it could not be determined whether of human or animal origin. [744-745]
